Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 project, 10 keywords, weekly rank checks (depth 50), 3 PDF reports per month, and limited site audit usage. You receive 1,000 credits per month after you verify your email (0 credits until verified). Paid SEO tools such as cannibalisation, Page Optimiser, and competitor gap are not included on Free.

What do Standard and Pro cost?
Standard is £24.99/month with 25,000 credits, 3 projects, and 150 keywords. Pro is £49.99/month with 50,000 credits, 10 projects, and 400 keywords, plus white-label PDFs, a client portal, and up to 3 team seats. Launch promo prices may apply in the app when enabled.

How do credits work?
Credits are your shared balance for rank checks, site audits, keyword research runs, PDF reports, Page Optimiser, and other metered actions. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (1,000 on Free after verification, 25,000 on Standard, 50,000 on Pro). Unused plan credits do not roll over when your balance resets. You can also buy one-time credit packs in the app.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Do I need a credit card?
No credit card is required for the Free plan. You only add payment details when you choose to upgrade to Standard or Pro.

What happens if I run out of credits?
You can keep using SERPscope for viewing data and planning. Metered actions like rank checks, audits, and reports pause until your monthly credits reset or you buy a credit pack in the app.

How often are rankings checked?
Free checks rankings weekly (every 168 hours). Standard and Pro check daily (every 24 hours). Checks use credits per keyword (4 credits at depth 50, 8 at Enhanced rank depth 100). Scheduled checks skip when you do not have enough credits.

What is Enhanced rank depth?
Enhanced rank depth returns 100 Google results per keyword instead of 50. It is available on Standard and Pro per project, and costs 8 credits per keyword per check. The Free plan is fixed at depth 50 (4 credits per keyword).

Can I track local and mobile rankings?
Yes. Track rankings by country and supported locations, and compare mobile and desktop separately so you can see real differences where it matters.

Can I track rankings in the UK?
Yes. SERPscope is built for UK freelancers, small agencies, and business owners — with GBP pricing and rank tracking for UK locations and search markets.

Can I create client reports?
Yes. Export PDF reports (50 credits per run). Free includes 3 exports per month; Standard 50; Pro 250. Pro includes white-label branding on PDFs and a read-only client portal for published reports.

Can I white-label reports?
White-label PDF branding is included on Pro. On Standard it is available as a Stripe add-on in the app. See pricing for plan details.

How long does setup take?
Most accounts are set up in minutes: create a project (typically one website), add keywords, and your first scheduled check runs on your plan's cadence.

Do I need technical SEO experience?
No. SERPscope is designed for freelancers, small agencies, and business owners who want clear visibility into rankings and practical next steps — not deep technical tooling. Dashboards, reports, and workflows are built to be straightforward without SEO jargon.

How do I reset my password?
On the login page, choose "Forgot password" and enter the email address for your account. We send a reset link — check your inbox and spam folder. Links expire after a short time; request a new one if yours has expired.

I didn't receive the verification email
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Add [email protected] to your contacts, then sign in and use "Resend verification email" if shown. Free plan credits activate only after your email is verified. Still nothing after a few minutes? Contact us with the address you signed up with.

How do I change my email address?
Sign in and open Account settings in the app. If you cannot access the account or the option is unavailable, contact us from the email you want to use — we can help update it securely.

Why is my account restricted?
Accounts may be limited when email verification is pending, a payment issue needs attention, or unusual activity triggered a safety check. Sign in to see any banner or notice explaining the next step. If nothing is clear, contact us and include the email on the account.
