3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
Accounts are intended for use by the registered account holder and authorised team members within the limits of the selected plan. You must not share login credentials with unauthorised users or resell access to the Service.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellations
SERPscope offers a free plan and paid plans (Standard and Pro). Details are published on our pricing page. The free plan allows you to use the Service with limited usage without payment. Standard and Pro are paid plans; we do not offer a free trial of Standard. If you wish to try the Service before paying, use the free plan.
For paid plans, you will be billed in accordance with the plan you choose (e.g. monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law or otherwise stated.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated. Unused monthly plan credits do not roll over. Credit balances may be adjusted where we reasonably believe credits were obtained or used in error, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.
We may suspend access to paid features if payment cannot be successfully collected.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
6. Data sources and accuracy disclaimer

The Service is a tool to help you monitor and report on visibility; it does not guarantee any particular search engine rankings or business outcomes.
Some features may generate automated recommendations, summaries, or AI-assisted outputs. Such outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed independently before relying on them for business or marketing decisions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
7. User content and uploaded data
You may upload keywords, domains, and other data (e.g. via CSV) to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share that content. If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel your account.
